The Living Wage Funder accreditation encourages all salaried posts supported through the Foundation’s grant funding to be paid at least the real Living Wage rates of £12.60 per hour outside London and £13.85 per hour within London, as set by the Living Wage Foundation. West Brom Building Society Foundation was set up to provide funding to support three key areas, promoting housing and affordable accommodation, the prevention of financial hardship through education and training, and supporting well-being in local communities. As a Living Wage Funder, we encourage all salaried roles, supported by our grants to be paid at the real Living Wage rates.
