Eleven stiles along a section of Monarch's Way, from Clapton Hill to Bourton-on-the-Water, have been replaced with gates to improve accessibility. The project was a joint venture between HF Holidays' Pathways Fund, Gloucestershire County Council, and the Cotswold Voluntary Wardens. The Pathways Fund, operated by HF Holidays and supported by guest and member donations, provides funding to help restore the pathways their guests use. The new gates are expected to make a significant difference, allowing more people to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Cotswolds with ease. HF Holidays' CEO, Chris Simmonds, said: "A huge thank you to all our guests and members who continue to support the work of the Pathways Fund.
