James Winfield from Cirencester has been appointed land and partnerships manager at Allison Homes South West. He has been with Allison Homes since 2020, having started as a graduate land buyer in Peterborough. Mr Winfield said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to return to my home town at a time when Allison Homes South West is on a rapid growth trajectory." Mr Morgan brings more than 15 years’ industry experience, including securing more than £200 million of development land in the South West.
