Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued more invitations to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system. As of August, IRCC has taken to conducting one CEC draw a month. Today's Express Entry draw is also the first of the month and follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 29, a Trades category draw on September 18, and an Education category draw on September 17.
