New Delhi/Moscow, Oct 1 (UNI) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today said the Strategic Partnership between India and Russia continues to develop dynamically across the board with trade, economic ties, scientific and technological collaboration and cultural and humanitarian exchanges between the two countries on the rise. ‘’A decade after its signing, our bilateral relations were elevated to a special and privileged strategic partnership,’’ he said. India and the Russian Republic of Tatarstan are strengthening business ties, opening up new horizons for cooperation and the implementation of mutually beneficial projects. The focus of the event is on building a strategic partnership between Russian regions and Indian states. Relations are developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and the potential for economic ties remains high.
