‘Kanya Poojan’ Held at Chief Minister’s Official ResidenceBhopal, On the auspicious occasion of Sharadiya Navratri’s Navami, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav conducted a ‘Kanya Poojan’ at his official residence. He applied a tilak on the Kanyas’ foreheads and washed their feet as a mark of respect. The girls were draped with a chunni, and CM Dr. Yadav performed aarti, engaging with them affectionately. After the Kanya Poojan, CM Dr. Yadav personally served the ‘Kanyas’ a special feast, including khichdi, poori and sweets tailored to their preferences. He also presented gifts to all the girls, sought their blessings and made the occasion truly memorable.
