On the night of Wednesday, October 1, russian troops launched 49 drones, one anti-ship and four ballistic missiles over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to neutralize 46 UAVs. This was announced by the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports. “According to preliminary data, as of 09:30 am, air defenses shot down/suppressed 44 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera type and drones of other types in the north, east and center of the country,” the message says. Hits of 5 missiles and enemy UAVs were recorded at 6 locations. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of September 27, the russians launched 115 drones over the territory of Ukraine, and air defense forces managed to neutralize 97 of them.
