Spain has extradited a 17-year-old Dutch youth who is alleged to have shot dead a student from Zwolle outside a nightclub near Malaga. Spanish media described the suspect as an “experienced hired killer” who was arrested in the town while scouting locations for another potential assassination. The killing was reported to have been part of the so-called “Mocro Mafia” wars between Dutch drug gangs, many of whose members are of north African origin. The suspect is described as a 17-year-old with north African roots. He was working in the café while spending a year in Spain after finishing his studies.
