Roberts of Port Dinorwic, which has been serving the UK's restaurant, pub and food-to-go sectors since 1924, has been acquired by GIL Investments. The Roberts family expressed gratitude to everyone involved with the company across four generations. Miriam Williams, fourth generation of the Roberts family, will remain as commercial director, meanwhile. New chief executive Mark Rodgers will lead Roberts and the team, while Netty Dobbie will step up to financial director. The company will continue to operate from its Caernarfon base with the same dedicated team.
