BRAINERD — Beginning Thursday, Oct. 2, the reconstruction project on Beech Street in Brainerd will move to Oak Street. As part of the next phase, Oak Street will be closed between 28th and Walnut streets. The closure is expected to last about two weeks, but with the planned water main and sewer replacement, the closure may extend to three to four weeks.
