BRAINERD — A 29-year-old Deerwood man was arrested Sept. 17 after he allegedly took a golf club and struck another man while he was sleeping.
ADVERTISEMENTHe made his first appearance in Crow Wing County District Court on Sept. 19.
Halverson told Russell the bail/bond amount was in line with the charges and he saw no reason to reduce bail/bond at this time.
He is currently being held in the Crow Wing County Jail on a $300,000 bail/bond with no conditions and a $150,000 bail/bond with conditions.
He was sentenced to 90 days in the Crow Wing County Jail, stayed for two years while on supervised probation.
