(Rory Sweeting/Staff Writer)GRAY — Sandy Carder, chair of Gray’s Resiliency Committee, discussed the town’s watershed management plan, developed in conjunction with several town- and county-level water protection associations. Carder talked about the importance of the water management plan in opening up grant opportunities for Gray. Carder said that the Resiliency Committee hopes to get feedback from the Town Council on the plan, and to create an executive summary to simplify the large amount of data contained within the plan. The Resiliency Committee, Carder said, would create educational materials for homeowners and developers, and is planning a workshop on the issue with the Town Council toward the end of the year.
