The Washington Examiner exclusively obtained Defending Education’s civil rights complaint filed with the Department of Education against New Mexico‘s largest school district for discriminating against and endangering female minors. The group argues the policy places female students at risk by undermining their privacy and safety in private facilities. However, with the reaffirmed commitment from Defending Education, the Albuquerque school district’s lengthy war on vulnerable females might at last come to an end. The school district has jeopardized the welfare of its students for far too long, and it is time that comes to an end. The president and Defending Education will continue to defend Title IX and force school districts to reverse their dangerous and discriminatory policies.
