A short chase near a Southern California college campus ended with officers finding drugs, a firearm and a large-capacity magazine, police said Tuesday. The incident took place on Sept. 22 when patrol officers attempted a traffic stop on Watkins Drive and Valencia Hill Drive near the University of California, Riverside campus.
