A Wedesday morning power outage in Hayden were affected over 1,600 residents, according to Yampa Valley Electric Association Public Relations Specialist Carly Davidson. At around 10:50 a.m., about 1,500 residents’ power was restored. At 11:30 a.m., the remaining 500 residents’ power was restored. Crews will have a better idea of the length of the outage for remaining affected residents at around noon, said Davidson. Additional outages in Routt County, including at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport and in Soutt Routt, are scheduled outages for maintenance.
