GOLETA, Calif. -- The City of Goleta will host its first ever Community State of the City on Thursday. The event is to bring together community members after a difficult year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The virtual event will include a State of the City speech from Mayor Paula Perotte, important financial update from City Manager Michelle Greene, messages from Councilmembers, local entertainment and a Q&A with city staff.
