The Raft Race, which was due to take place on Sunday, October 5, will now be moved to another date. Organisers of the event, which sees people taking part on homemade rafts in Porthleven Harbour, have shared a post on Facebook explaining the reason why the event has to be postponed. The event, which takes place every year, aims to raise funds for the Porthleven Christmas Lights.
