Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have agreed not to speak badly of one another around their children. While Nicole only filed for divorce a day ago, she signed the parenting plan on 6 September, more than a week after her estranged husband had signed the documents on 29 August. According to TMZ, Nicole cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the breakdown of her marriage and both she and Keith waived any spousal support and child support. While the parenting plan and "marital dissolution agreement" had been signed before Nicole filed for divorce, insiders told TMZ the Others actress had "made an abrupt decision" to submit her paperwork to officially end her marriage. Nicole filed a divorce after the celebrity duo spent the summer in different parts of the world, with the actress filming Practical Magic 2 in London, while Keith was on his High and Alive World Tour.
