Jay Cutler reported to jail this week. Jay was checked into custody at 5.34pm local time after arriving at the facility hours earlier. A release from the Franklin Polie Department revealed at the time: "During their conversation with Cutler, officers noticed a strong odour of alcohol. Cutler refused field sobriety tests and was taken to a local hospital where a blood sample was obtained through a blood search warrant." Jay told officers when he was arrested that he hadn't drank alcohol before later admitting he had had "a little bit".
