Fremantle Rowing Club makes waves at national championships

The Fremantle Rowing Club had an oarsome success at the Australian Beach Sprints Rowing Championships.
It had entered the championships in Sydney from September 18 to 21 riding on a wave of success after ending a title drought at the State Rowing Championships.
“This latest success only reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and further solidifies FRC’s position as a powerhouse in Australian rowing,” he said.
He thanked Fremantle Bendigo Bank which helped the club buy its first coastal rowing boat and Tuck Active, which helped with team uniforms.
The State Government recently secured the rights to host the 2028 Australian Beach Sprint Championships, a coastal and beach rowing competition that tests the skills of athletes over a four-day program.
