According to a police official, the 24-year-old accused, Kapil Brijmohan Soni, found temples easy targets.
Soni was arrested after he allegedly broke into a temple in Mangaldas Market area in South Mumbai on September 22 and made away with a silver Shivling and other silver ornaments weighing around 3 kg, valued at approximately Rs 3 lakh.
