A three-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital after being mauled by a dog in west London. The horror attack took place in broad daylight and has left the toddler with 'severe' injuries to her leg. According to police, the owner fled the scene at Rectory Fields in Northolt, Ealing, on Wednesday, September 24, just after 12.45pm. A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: 'Officers are investigating an alleged dog attack which occurred at around 12.50pm on Wednesday, September 24 in Rectory Fields, Ealing. 'It is believed the owner of the dog left the scene before police arrived.
