Microsoft recently announced that it is making changes to its online gaming service, Xbox Game Pass. These changes officially mean Sony’s PS Plus service is now the cheaper option for players who may own both consoles. Xbox Game Pass is more expensive than PS PlusThe revamped Xbox Game Pass plans include three plans: Essential, Premium, and Ultimate (sounds familiar). Arguably, this is a fairly comparable service to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, except for the inclusion of day-one first-party releases. Despite that one caveat, PS Plus Premium costs $17.99 a month, which is $12 less than Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
