In a statement Monday, the police said that they are treating the case as a homicide. A 70-year-old man from Vittoriosa remains in custody as a suspect. The police on Sunday said that the shooting incident had taken place in Qalb-ta' Gesu Street. ADVERTISEMENTThe police said that an argument had broken out prior to the shooting, and an injured man was found on the scene in an apartment block by the police.
