CBS 58WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- After historic flooding temporarily shuttered Café Hollander Wauwatosa, the restaurant announced they will officially reopen at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26. According to a news release from Lowlands Group, renovations extend far beyond flood repairs. The lower-level kitchen has been completely rebuilt and is fully equipped to serve brunch, lunch, and dinner with greater efficiency. "It might be the fastest full kitchen remodel in history, and we’re really excited for the community to see the new shine on Hollander.
