On August 31, JUDAS PRIEST guitarist Richie Faulkner joined the Tennessee "epic viking metal" band DESTROY DESTROY DESTROY on stage at The End in Nashville to perform a cover of the IRON MAIDEN classic "Fear Of The Dark". Faulkner continued: "[Steve is] a great guy, and like the guys in PRIEST, he's an idol and he's a teacher. In a 2023 interview with Darren Paltrowitz, host of the "Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz", Faulkner revealed that Steve Harris was the inspiration for his energetic and engaging stage presence. He said: "I was out with Lauren Harris, who's Steve Harris from IRON MAIDEN's daughter, and we were out with MAIDEN quite a bit. So I think that's partly to do with it — Steve Harris and the way that interacted with the audience."
