Two Delaware County prison inmates have been charged with dealing drugs while in the facility. Marguan Brown, 31, Philadelphia, and Antwuan Freeman, 37, Chester, have been charged by the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division with possession and sales of drugs, conspiracy and related offenses. Deery gave this account:During the summer, she reviewed various phone calls and tablet messages from Brown and Freeman. Freeman states “anything come through on my cell phone,” and directs the male to send funds to “Falon Fort”. The inmate told Deery he had spoken with Freeman, also known as “Tweeze,” and had talked to him about it earlier.
