PHOENIX — Sparklight, a leading high-speed internet provider, is once again inviting local nonprofits to apply for its Charitable Giving Fund. Beginning Oct. 1, 501(c)(3) organizations across the 24 states served by Sparklight can submit applications for fall 2025 grants through Oct. 31.
