Alleged sexual battery leads to child pornography charges Published 12:47 pm Wednesday, October 1, 2025Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...LaGrange Police have arrested a man on numerous charges stemming from a sexual assault investigation. Christopher L. Hudson, 33, was arrested on Monday, accused of sexual battery and numerous child pornography charges. On Aug. 18, the LaGrange Police Department received a report of a sexual assault that occurred the day prior within the city. During the investigation, police say they located child sexual abuse material on Hudson’s phone. Hudson was taken into custody on Sept. 29, and transported to the Troup County Jail where he was charged with sexual battery, aggravated sexual battery and fourteen counts of computer or electronic pornography and child exploitation.
