Heroic pharmacist Navid Kaleem had told how he moved two customers to safety before confronting the individual. ‌But Staffordshire Police have not revealed whether any arrests have been made after the incident at Shelton's Norfolk Street Pharmacy. ‌The incident had unfolded at around 6.10pm on September 26 where Navid said the man was 'causing chaos inside the store and threatening violence'. Officers attended the scene, and the man was taken to hospital."
