By Echo Wang(Reuters) -Dataiku, an artificial intelligence data analytics startup, has hired investment banks to push ahead with an initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter. The New York-based company has hired Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and other banks to take it public, according to two people familiar with the matter. Representatives for Dataiku and Morgan Stanley declined to comment. Dataiku raised $200 million in a late-stage series F round led by Wellington Management, valuing the company at $3.7 billion, in December 2022. Its customer base includes more than 700 organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Toyota, General Electric and BNP Paribas, according to its website.
