Just in time for the upcoming holiday shopping season, merchants are ready with new e-commerce checkout options. A hardware cooperative is adding the buy now, pay later option from Affirm for in-store use. Brands Dearfoams and Baggallini now offer Buy with Prime, the Amazon.com Inc. online checkout service. Affirm says approved customers will have payment options available to them for purchases of $50 or more. The Ace Hardware online checkout page lists Apple Pay and PayPal, and its Pay Later BNPL options, in addition to credit and debit card acceptance.
