IT infrastructure and data centre solutions company ByteBridge, has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in the past week, one targeting the Middle East with Naizak Global Engineering Systems, a Saudi-based engineering and technology solutions provider, the other addressing the Asia-Pacific market with FuriosaAI, an AI semiconductor company. ByteBridge says the agreement with Naizak paves the way for a joint venture entity in Saudi Arabia designed to accelerate the growth of hyperscale clients and Al-driven data centres across the region. It says the collaboration brings together ByteBridge's global expertise in Al-ready infrastructure, liquid cooling, HPC networking, and deployment services with Naizak's strong local presence, engineering capabilities, and market knowledge. From Naizak's perspective, the partnership strengthens its ability to deliver cutting-edge technologies that align with Saudi Arabia's digital transformation agenda. The FuriosaAI agreement meanwhile, lays the foundation for a strategic collaboration to accelerate AI adoption and digital infrastructure growth across the APAC region.
