The 41-year-old is claimed to have stolen a string of sports cars, fuel, plant equipment and materials mainly in Glasgow and Lanarkshire. One charge says that Campbell, of Glasgow's Knightswood, claimed he was a company director to get £200,000 of vehicles. He is further stated to have received a credit facility based on false information to obtain Volkswagen Golf cars worth £50,000. Another allegation claims Campbell submitted false documents and details to a hire company to receive £241,000 of plant hire equipment. Campbell is also claimed to have received £104,000 of fuel cards by providing false information to Shell UK.
