Armed cops descended on a flat in East Kilbride yesterday morning, September 22, at around 8.05am. The incident sparked a huge emergency response with the Scottish Ambulance Service, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland all in attendance. He will appear before the court again within the next eight days. Following the incident, a 35-year-old woman was taken to Hairmyers Hospital for treatment, where her condition remains unknown.
