On Friday (October 3), Diddy is set to be sentenced after being convicted of two Mann Act violations related to interstate prostitution.
U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian denied Diddy’s request on Tuesday (September 30) to overturn his conviction.
In a court filing on Tuesday, prosecutors submitted emotional letters from Cassie, her parents, and several former employees who described Combs as dangerous, vindictive, and manipulative.
However, prosecutors argue Combs remains a powerful, wealthy man who poses a threat to those who spoke out.
