ColumnistLike many others across this great country, I spent a significant part of last Saturday at a college football stadium. I attended the game with an old high school friend, who drove all the way from Pensacola to join me. Based on my ongoing study and training in leadership, I have a cautionary point to share. However, playing the blame game never leads to positive change — and worse, it often backfires. Aim to be influential, serve those you lead, and take responsibility to create positive change.
