Playing with the circumstances of Kraus’s own life at the time, I Love Dick tells the story of Chris, an experimental filmmaker. Chris and Sylvère, her husband, write hundreds of letters to Dick, a cultural studies professor whose home they briefly visit. A keen sense of irony inhabits Kraus’ work.
