What I’ve learned is that medication tapering also includes: I’ve also seen people feel better at the end of their taper when the medication burden is low, and consequently, safely increase their reduction pace. I have learned the hard way, what matters most, is not how quickly a person can taper down to 0 mg, but maintaining the individual’s mental and emotional stability.
