(WLNE) — The North Providence Police Department said a Pawtucket man was arrested for allegedly possessing a ghost gun on Wednesday. 24-year-old Luis Breban was charged with possession of a firearm without license or permit. Police said that Breban was stopped by an officer due to his vehicle allegedly having “numerous motor vehicle violations,” including driving without a license and the vehicle being unregistered. During a search of the vehicle police allegedly found a 9mm handgun with a nine round magazine.
