Bloom Street dispute and budget updates dominate Park Hills Council Meeting

The Park Hills City Council convened for its regular monthly session at City Hall in the Council Chambers. Longtime Shaw Street resident Daniel Naucke addressed the council with his request to close the unused portion of Bloom Street. Naucke explained that Bloom Street had never been developed and that he had long believed the land belonged to him. “I wanted to build a garage in the back of the property where Bloom Street came in,” Naucke said. “Bloom Street was never developed and never had any intentions of ever being developed.
