A Wabaunsee County man was arrested this week following an investigation into allegations of unlawful sexual solicitation involving an 18-year-old woman, according to the sheriff’s office. Following an investigation, authorities on Sept. 30 arrested JD Hill, 58, of Eskridge, without incident.
