"It is possible for the government to demote the status of the SOEs Ministry, designating it as an agency. The agenda included the addition of 23 bills, among them one amending Law No. 19 of 2003 on SOEs.Regarding the SOEs Ministry, the government has also raised the possibility of merging it with Danantara.Deliberations on the SOEs Bill have been declared a priority for 2025, while those on the Danantara Bill are slated for next year.
