Stock prices moved upward at the opening of today’s (12.9.2025) session at the Athens Stock Exchange, with the market surpassing the 2,050-point threshold, amid an upward trend also seen in major European markets. The large-cap index rose by 0.68%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.31%. Among large-cap stocks, the biggest gains were recorded by Elvalhalcor (+1.95%), Alpha Bank (+1.50%), Viohalco (+1.36%), and Ethniki (+1.30%). Sixty stocks rose, 22 fell, and 18 remained unchanged.
