A four-bedroom house riddled with mould, missing windows and a half-collapsed ceiling has hit the market for £575,000.
The derelict property, in Maidstone, Kent, looks more like a haunted house than a dream home – though it does come with its own swimming pool albeit one that's currently empty and damaged.
Estate agents Knight Edmonds describe the crumbling wreck as a 'prime opportunity' for the right investor, although they concede that it is a project 'not for the faint-hearted'.
Moving through the property, you can see the point where the home was left derelict, with the home being left mid-construction.
The website said: 'This unusual property currently sits derelict as a major reconstruction project ground to a halt several years ago.
