The announcement was made by filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, who was also a part of the pretigious panel.Rani Mukerji competed for Best Actress in a Leading Role category for her moving performance as a mother in Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway. The 2023 film starred Rani, alongside Bengali actor Anirban Bhattacharya, Neena Gupta, and Jim Sarbh. Rani has yet to react to her big win.
