Ruth Jones shared the vast measures she took in a bid to lose 4.5 stone, just weeks before announcing she'd split from her husband David Peet. Ruth showed off her transformation when she attended the National Television Awards earlier this month, and has been open about her attempts to slim down. During an interview late last year, the actress admitted she turned to hypnotist Paul McKenna to help her develop an aversion to her biggest vice - chocolate. Ruth had previously shared how she lost 4.5 stone back in 2011, admitting it took her 22 months to lose weight after overindulging on holiday. The series will be split into six parts and James and Ruth will also serve as executive producers.
