The sixth installment of the Insidious horror franchise is currently still in production in Australia. The cast includes a mix of newcomers and familiar faces, Brandon Perea is set as this film’s lead, while longtime franchise veteran Lin Shaye returns to reprise her role as paranormal investigator Elise Rainier. Since the first film debuted in 2010, the Insidious series has become one of horror’s most consistent box office performers. For Perea, best known for his breakout role in Jordan Peele’s 2022 film, Nope, this will be his second horror project.
