The trailer for the newest film in the Star Wars saga, The Mandalorian & Grogu, has been released to fans following its very limited showing at Star Wars Celebration. Last time fans saw Mando and Grogu, they managed to finally thwart Moff Gideon’s plans and reclaim the planet of Mandalore to its rightful people. The trailer, which was noted by Hollywood Reporter to be very action oriented, finally gives fans their first good look at sci-fi legend Sigourney Weaver in the Star Wars universe. Filoni is very well known in the realm of Star Wars, thanks to his creation of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Rebels, and many other projects that take place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. The Mandalorian & Grogu hits theaters May 22nd, 2026.
