The Philippine Coast Guard saved 10 Chinese crew members after their tugboat lost engine power. The Coast Guard Station Northeastern Palawan got a call from Mr Supan, a supervisor of TORO Marine, who said that the tugboat was facing certain issues. Per a crew member, they were sailing from Malaysia and were going home to China when the ship’s engine failed.
